Newborn baby wakes from death.


A miraculous event occurred in India after a newborn baby, pronounced dead by a doctor was seen breathing again after his family members were on their way to pay their final respects.

On Thursday, at the Max super specialty hospital in Delhi, the mother gave birth to twins.

One of the twins, a a baby girl was declared stillborn and the boy was critical condition and was pronounced dead after two hours, the twins grandfather, Praveen Malik told CNN.

They noticed a slight movement in the polythene bag used carry the new born baby and the stillborn to the cremation ground.

Malik said: “When we opened the bag, we found the boy breathing. I was shocked. I couldn’t believe my eyes.”

Malik said the other family members are not sure of his chances of survival as he is currently undergoing treatment at a nursing home in New Delhi.

“We don’t want to keep our baby at Max hospital. We don’t trust the doctors there, they betrayed us,” Malik said.

According to the official statement of the hospital, it laid claim that hospital staff handed over dead bodies to the family.

The statement read: “We are shaken and concerned at this rare incident. We have initiated a detailed inquiry, pending which, the concerned doctor has been asked to proceed on leave immediately.”

“We are in constant touch with the parents and are providing all the support needed.”

A tweet from the State Health Minister, Satyendar Jain, said that efforts is being made to investigate the matter.

Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi Chief Minister also sent a tweet that strong action would be taken on anyone found guilty.

The boy’s grandfather also added: “We want the Delhi government to take strict action against the hospital authorities for their negligence.”
